Our goal is to preserve and pass on the principles of the original method of Joseph and Clara Pilates.
Pilates is a method of consciously executed movements in a precise sequence and with targeted breathing.
The physical training directly imparts a positive feeling to the mind, body and spirit.
Joe Pilates developed the method to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body by working on the deep and small
postural muscles and shaping the body from the inside out.
